Parked at the ass end of a huge lot where there were tons of empty spaces so as to not have a car parked next to me. Came back to this. No note or anything. Yeah, I know it’s only 10 year old used car, but I fulfilled a childhood dream buying it, and it took me months to find the right one. Great! Thanks asshole!

Fuck these assholes with a rusty spike. It shouldnt matter how expensive or cheap/old or new your car has. I have 2 scratches like this on either side in the last 6 months alone and I suspect the douchebags at thr gym where there is no shortage of them.

Taken any detail spray to get their paint off and see if it’s just superficial damage?

This is where it’s at right now. Blurry potato pic makes it look better than it is. Buffed it with a scratch removal paste, touch up paint, buffed that up as well. It’s the first round of many to come. That long dent is there to stay, and the scratches are deep enough that I’m not waiting for the next winter to find out how deep they really are. There’s also more damage on the bumper.

That actually looks much better than the original lead on to be. The long dent could likely get tapped out.

That would be infuriating regardless of where you parked in the lot, but that’s extra infuriating if you were in the middle of nowhere with lots of empty spots around. If they’re that clueless that they parked beside you, they probably didn’t even notice that they scraped you. Stupid lemmings.
